AlBuruj Activewear Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items. To qualify for a return under our return policy, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase  

• In new, unworn condition, suitable for resale  

• With all original tags attached 

For full refund, products must be unworn, unused, free of stain, makeup, deodorant, or any sign that indicates that product has been worn other than trying it on. taxes + shipping cost of the return may vary and may not be refunded (and your will be responsible for paying cost of return shipment). If we receive a product and it does not meet the above criteria, unfortunately, the refund request may be denied, and your will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to get it back. if 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you're a refund or exchange. If your return an item without contacting us first, a refund may be denied. 

NO International Return or exchange. 

Return Shipping:  

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label for sportswear returns.  

Please note that customers are responsible for international shipping costs.

Exchanges:  

If you are exchanging an item, we cover the cost of shipping out the exchange item to you, excluding international shipping!  

Please allow us 7 working days to process your exchange from the time we receive the return.  

Exchanged items must be in unworn, resale condition.  If your exchange does not meet the return/exchange criteria above, Alburuj has the right to deny your exchange.

AlBuruj Activewear reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above requirements.
